2.1 Orders are submitted via our website. Submission constitutes an offer to purchase.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to dispatch where payment is not authorised, goods are unavailable, or an error in pricing has occurred.
2.3 An order is deemed accepted once you receive a dispatch confirmation email.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the approved payment methods (Stripe, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site).
3.3 We do not retain full payment card details.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.
4.2 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
4.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our products, returns can only be accepted if the goods are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
5.2 If goods are faulty or not as described, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt by contacting info@nightknightsleep.com.
5.3 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Our products are intended to promote healthy sleep but are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
6.2 NightKnight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
6.3 Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

All content, trademarks, trade names, and materials on this website are the property of NightKnight and may not be reproduced or used without express written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland in relation to any dispute.
