2.1 Orders are submitted via our website. Submission constitutes an offer to purchase.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to dispatch where payment is not authorised, goods are unavailable, or an error in pricing has occurred.
2.3 An order is deemed accepted once you receive a dispatch confirmation email.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the approved payment methods (Stripe, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site).
3.3 We do not retain full payment card details.
4. Delivery
4.1 We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

4.3 Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery service.

4.5 Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive them.
5. Returns and Refunds

NightKnight offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for faulty or damaged products. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@nightknightsleep.com within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the product or ask you to return it. If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement. We will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.
5.2 Returns of Unwanted Products
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Please contact info@nightknightsleep.com before returning any products. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, where applicable.
5.4 Statutory Rights
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

6.1 Our products are intended to support comfort and sleep. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
6.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content, trademarks, trade names, and materials on this website are the property of NightKnight and may not be reproduced or used without express written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory legal rights or protections available to you as a consumer, including any applicable rights concerning where legal proceedings may be brought.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on this website at the time of purchase shall apply to that transaction.
